1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using pkp98.net, registering an account or engaging with any feature of the pkp98 platform, you enter into a binding agreement with pkp98 and confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of pkp98, including visitors browsing the site without a registered account. Use of the site after any update to these terms constitutes your continued acceptance of the revised version.

PKP98 reserves the right to modify, update or revise these terms at any time. When significant changes are made, notification will be provided on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the current terms regularly.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register an account at pkp98, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended pkp98 account.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.

PKP98 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address or confirmation of your payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal requests.

Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth — is a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure. Any funds held at the time of closure may be voided if obtained in connection with fraudulent registration details.

3Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your pkp98 account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made and withdrawals requested. PKP98 cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

Your account login details — including your username and password — must be kept confidential at all times. You must not share your account details with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkp98 support immediately.

Each player is permitted to hold one pkp98 account only. If duplicate accounts are detected — identified through matching personal details, payment methods, device identifiers or IP addresses — pkp98 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, remove any balances and void any winnings associated with those accounts.

Accounts must not be used for any commercial purpose, for transferring funds on behalf of third parties or as a mechanism for processing payments unrelated to personal gaming activity.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at pkp98 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment transfer
• Direct bank transfer

Deposits are credited to your pkp98 account upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically clear within minutes. PKP98 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or by bank processing timelines.

Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Requests may be subject to identity verification before they are approved. PKP98 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and account status. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your pkp98 account. Withdrawals are processed in PKR only. PKP98 does not facilitate transfers in foreign currencies.

Any deposits made using payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be reversed. Funds deposited with the intent to exploit a bonus offer without genuine gaming activity may be removed at pkp98's discretion.

5Bonuses and Promotions

PKP98 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback and VIP rewards. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed at the time the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all pkp98 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have expiry periods — unused bonuses or uncompleted wagering requirements lapse after the stated period.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds in your account are tracked separately. Withdrawal requests made before wagering requirements are completed may result in bonus funds being forfeited.
• PKP98 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including offers already communicated to players, where abuse or technical error is suspected.
• Players who open accounts with the primary intention of claiming bonuses without genuine gaming participation may have bonuses removed and accounts reviewed.

Cashback bonuses at pkp98 — including VIP tier cashback — are calculated on net losses during the relevant period and credited automatically. Cashback is subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

6Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed at pkp98. Specific sport and market rules are displayed within the relevant betting sections.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to system confirmation. PKP98 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds caused by a technical error.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live odds availability. Bets placed during a temporary interruption in the live feed may be voided if the odds at the time of placement were materially incorrect.
• Bets on cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals and all other sports are subject to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. PKP98 does not accept unofficial or disputed result claims.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed at bet placement and vary by sport and market type.
• Accumulator bets require all individual selections to be settled as wins for the accumulator to pay out. If any selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding that leg.
• PKP98 reserves the right to limit stake sizes or betting access for any account where patterns of systematic exploitation of pricing errors or unusual activity are detected.

Cricket markets at pkp98 — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, test matches and domestic competitions — are settled based on the official result. Matches abandoned without a result are typically voided unless a result has been officially declared under the relevant playing conditions.

7Casino and Game Rules

All casino games, slots, bingo, fish games and other gaming products available at pkp98 are provided by licensed third-party software providers. The outcome of all games is determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. PKP98 does not alter game outcomes or RTP (return to player) settings beyond those configured by the game provider.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or system error during a game session, the round in progress at the time of the failure will be settled according to the last valid game state recorded by the game server. Where no valid state can be determined, the round may be voided and the stake returned.

Game-specific rules, minimum and maximum stake limits, and paytable information are available within each game. Players are responsible for reviewing game rules before play. Stakes placed in game sessions are non-refundable once the game round has begun, except in the case of a verified system error.

Bingo rooms at pkp98 operate according to the rules displayed within each room. Ticket prices, prize pools and game schedules are subject to change. Fish game sessions run continuously — there are no defined round ends, and session balances reflect real-time payout accumulation.

8VIP Programme

The pkp98 VIP programme consists of four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond. Membership is automatic from the first qualifying wager and tier status is assessed monthly based on total qualifying activity during the preceding calendar month.

• Qualifying activity includes wagers on sports betting, slots, bingo and fish games. The specific qualifying criteria for each tier are set out in the VIP programme terms available on the VIP page.
• VIP tier cashback is calculated on net losses during the cashback period and credited automatically. Cashback amounts are subject to standard wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Tier status may be reviewed downward at any monthly assessment if qualifying activity falls below the threshold for the current tier.
• VIP benefits — including personal account managers, priority withdrawals and monthly loyalty bonuses — are available to qualifying tier holders during their active tier period.
• PKP98 reserves the right to modify, restructure or discontinue the VIP programme at any time. Existing accrued cashback balances at the time of any change will be honoured subject to applicable wagering requirements.

9Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkp98 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal referral:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts or any technology designed to place bets or interact with games outside of the standard user interface.
• Exploitation of software errors, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, bonus claims or betting results.
• Arbitrage betting specifically designed to exploit pkp98 odds against other platforms, where the primary purpose is to guarantee profit against the house rather than genuine speculative wagering.
• Use of pkp98 accounts for money laundering, fraud, or the processing of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Opening accounts under false identities, false ages or on behalf of third parties.
• Any attempt to reverse, charge back or dispute legitimate transaction charges with a payment provider without first raising the matter with pkp98 support.

PKP98 monitors account activity for patterns consistent with the above prohibited behaviours. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, pkp98 may freeze accounts, withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation and report the activity to relevant authorities.

10Account Closure

You may close your pkp98 account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing requirements and any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

PKP98 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, identity fraud or payment fraud.
• Provision of false information at registration or during identity verification.
• Suspected underage account operation.
• Detection of prohibited activity as defined in Section 9.
• A self-exclusion request made directly or through a responsible gaming service.

Where an account is closed by pkp98 due to a breach, any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity will be voided. Only verified real-money balances unconnected to the breach will be considered for return.

11Responsible Gaming

PKP98 is committed to providing tools that help players manage their activity responsibly. The following tools are available to all registered pkp98 accounts:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly PKR caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session time limits — set a maximum time limit for each gaming session.

These tools are available in your account settings at any time and take effect immediately upon activation. Cooling-off and self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before they expire. • Internet connectivity issues outside of our control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated winnings resulting from technical disruptions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

In all cases, pkp98's maximum liability to any individual player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in the player's account at the time of the relevant event. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

13Changes to These Terms

PKP98 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, notice will be provided on the platform — typically via a notice on the website or a message to registered accounts. The updated terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice.

Your continued use of the pkp98 platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the pkp98 platform are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from your use of pkp98 should in the first instance be raised with our support team, who will work to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact pkp98 support and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally. The support team will acknowledge your complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within a reasonable timeframe.

PKP98 does not make any representation regarding compliance with the laws of any specific jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of online gaming platforms is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering and depositing. pkp98 does not claim any government licence, regulatory approval or official endorsement from any Pakistan authority.
